The Rejuvi Tattoo removal system is suitable, effective for both professional, homemade tattoos, and permanent make-up on most areas of the body and face, apart from sensitive areas that have high levels of moisture e.g. Lips and near Eyes Lids. The treatment is not colour selective (unlike laser) and acts on all colour pigments.
The Rejuvi Tattoo removal system works much like the original Tattoo, but instead of using ink uses a specially formulated cream that is designed to bond with the original Tattoo ink and draws it to the surface of the skin, then forms thick and tough protective scab, which will eventually drop off taking the tattoo with it. The treatment is so effective that in just three to four sessions can usually be completely removed, compared to dozens of treatments required by laser. The benefits of this tattoo removal system over other methods of tattoo removal are numerous. This treatment is substantially less painful than other removal methods and less likely to scar.
A treatment normally takes around 45 to 60 minutes to cover a 2×2 inch square area. Most clinics can apply topical anaesthetic prior to treatment, which makes this treatment much more comfortable than the original Tattoo. There is also no need to avoid direct sunlight after treatment.
It is imperative to keep the skin area dry and to apply the Rejuvi super soothing skin cream after the scab has dropped off, to achieve maximum healing result, the scab normally takes between 14-25 days to lift off, from the original date of treatment, the skin can be quite pink/red, raised or even dipped. This is quite normal and it is easy to assume that scarring has occurred to the area but it will slowly return to normal skin over a period of months and these effects should diminish. There are no guarantees though as every body’s skin repairs different.
It is important not to confuse the Rejuvi system with any other method of Tattoo removal. Only a trained Tattoo or permanent make-up artists can only perform the Rejuvi Tattoo removal system.
